ThriveSync fulfils orders through a combination of in-house stock and third-party suppliers (dropshipping).

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, regardless of fulfilment method.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders fulfilled from our premises and dropshipping suppliers are delivered via Courier Guy

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch

• Delivery to outlying or remote areas may take longer

• Weekends and public holidays are excluded from delivery timelines

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance or supplier dispatch schedules.

Fulfilment and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

• You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number

• Tracking details may take time to update after the parcel is collected by the courier

Stock Availability

While we aim to keep product availability accurate:

• Stock levels may vary, particularly for dropshipping items

• If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange a refund where applicable
